Erin Pelicano Cauble is a founder, advisor, and facilitator who helps independent business owners make clearer decisions, strengthen their businesses, and lead with greater confidence.

She built and led a national jewelry brand, Erin Pelicano Fine Jewelry, growing it to over 30,000 sales while navigating COVID and a serious personal health crisis — an experience that shaped her belief that resilience, not just growth, is what makes a business last.

Drawing on nearly two decades of entrepreneurial experience and years advising founders — including work with the American Craft Council, Maryland's Women's Business Centers, and testimony before the Senate Committee on Small Business — she created The Venture Project to help other founders build businesses that don't just survive, but thrive on purpose.
